  1. How do I search for a hotel, check rates, availability, and make a reservation?
    On any page look for the box that says online reservations. Below this box will be details for your reservation. Depending on the page you are searching on, you may have to select a hotel or the hotel will be selected for you if you are on a specific hotel's page. Then enter your stay dates and number of people. If you have a booking code or a promotional code enter it in the space provided. Then, click submit.

    If the hotel has rooms available for your arrival and stay information, a list of room types with nightly rates will display. Be sure to read the room e description. Click on the desired room type and rate. Then click continue.

    Verify all stay information is correct including the hotel, dates of stay, room type and rate. Fill in all the required fields on the Personal Information form. Once complete and you have reviewed our cancellation policy, then click Book Reservation. You will receive an email with your confirmation number if you provided an email address. Otherwise, if you do not supply an email address, please make a record of the confirmation number in case you need to make changes to your reservation in the future.
  2. How do I view or cancel a reservation that I reserved on the Crystal Inn website?
    To view, change, or cancel a reservation you made with Crystal Inn on their website, go to the hotel’s specific website where the reservation was made.  On this page, below the reservation information, click on Change/Cancel Reservations.  On the next page you will enter your reservation or confirmation number as well as your name.                 

    From this point you can choose to modify or cancel your reservation.
  3. Do I need to give my credit card information when I reserve online?  Is it secure?
    Yes, your credit card is required to guarantee your room.  When you reserve your room with a credit card, the room is held for you until 3AM of the following morning.

    If you do not want to give your credit card over the Internet, please call our Reservation Center at 800-662-2525.  During the reservation process with them, you may request a 6PM courtesy hold.
  4. How do I enter a booking code or promotional code?
    If you are using a special code to make a reservation, go to the specific hotel website where the code is applicable.  Enter your dates of stay in the reservation area.  On the next page, click on the “Enter your access or promotional code”.  Click on Promo/Corporate code.  Then, enter the code.  If the dates are correct and there is availability, then the special rate will appear to the left. 
  5. What are the check-in and check-out times of the hotels?
    Most of our hotels have a check-in time of 3PM and a check-out time of 12PM.
  6. Does Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites allow pets?
    Yes.  Pets are welcome but must be declared upon check-in.  Having pets in a non-pet room incurs a $100.00 cleaning fee.  Pet owners in Pet Friendly rooms must follow the Pet Policies of the Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites.  A pet fee of $25 per stay is charged for a pet friendly room.  (Subject to availability.)
  7. What happens if my plans change and I forget to cancel my reservation?  Will I be charged?
    Since you guaranteed your room for arrival with your credit card, you will be billed a minimum of one night’s room and tax if you do not cancel your reservation prior to the specified time in the  cancellation policy.  Please be sure to note the cancellation policy when making reservations online.  This information is displayed once you have selected your room type and rate.  This information is on your confirmation email if you book directly with Crystal Inn.
  8. How old do I need to be to make a hotel reservation?
    Most of our hotels allow guests of 18 years to make reservations.  However, Crystal Inn St. George does not allow anyone younger than 21 years old to reserve a room, according to city ordinances.
  9. How do I find more information about specific hotels?
    On our main pages, select Our Hotels.  You will then be given a choice of all our hotels.
  10. What is the smoking policy of your hotels?
    Many of our hotels have smoking rooms.  You may request these at time of reservation.  Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a $100.00 cleaning fee.
  11. Am I guaranteed my special request such as an adjoining room when I make my reservation?
    Special requests such as room assignments, floor level, and adjoining rooms are not guaranteed at time of reservation.  All special requests will be noted on reservations and we will do our best to accommodate.
  12. What type of payment do you take for reservations?
    Payment is due at check-in.  You must have a valid credit card to check-in.  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club are accepted.  Cash is accepted with a valid picture ID and credit card.  We do not accept checks.  We do not accept credit card numbers over the phone.  If the credit card paying for the room will not be present at check-in time, please contact us to fill out a credit card authorization form.
  13. May I use a debit card for payment?  Will this affect my bank account?
    The hotel authorizes your debit card for your total stay amount plus 15% at check-in.  On your debit card account this will show as an immediate charge as the authorization takes the funds from your account to pay for your stay.  The funds must be available at check-in.  It is NOT our responsibility to release this back to you.  The hotel releases the additional amount authorized at check-out.  It is your financial institutions responsibility to release the funds back to you.  After check-out, this may take up to 15 business days for your bank to do this.
  14. How do I sign up for Crystal Rewards?
    Go to www.mycrystalrewards.com.  On the right of the page, register as a new user.  To create your account, you will need a property where you stayed, date of check-out, your zip code, your email address (used on your previous stay) and your first name.  This information will create an account for you as well as accumulate past stay information.  It is important to use the same email for all your stays.  If you do not, then the system is unable to track your points accurately.

    If you do not have the above information, you are still able to create a Crystal Rewards account.  The link for this option is in the sentence below the first option.  However, your stays may not pull efficiently through the system.  If you have questions  or concerns, send an email to crystalrewards@crystalinns.com.
  15. What if I made my reservation through a third party?
    If you made your reservations through a third party such as a travel agent or an online travel site, you must contact them directly to make changes or to cancel your reservation.  We receive reservations from these channels but are unable to change or cancel them.
