COVID-19 & Amenity Updates

Dear Valued Guests,

We know you have many choices when selecting hotel accommodations and we at Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites appreciate your patronage. As always, the well-being and safety of our guests and team members remains our highest priority. As with many, we are closely monitoring the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization’s (WHO) statements regarding coronavirus (COVID-19) and following guidelines from these agencies, federal, state, and local governments and health departments. The situation is very fluid and guidance from experts is evolving rapidly as they learn more about the virus and situation. Rest assured, we are taking precautions and working with our teams to ensure our thorough cleaning protocols are even more meticulous. These procedures include, but are not limited to:

• Continually using hospital-grade disinfectant to clean our guest rooms.
• Greater frequency of disinfecting high touchpoint areas at the hotel (door handles, countertops, elevator buttons, handrails, etc.).
• Providing guests and associates with hand washing amenities in-room and in various areas of the hotel.
• Clearly marked social distancing parameters in public areas of the hotel, more specifically the lobby and front desk.
• Instructing our team members to follow proper hand hygiene by washing hands often with warm, soapy water for at least 20 seconds, and dry with clean paper towels or air dry.
• Instructing our team members to be vigilant with safe food service and adjust our service in accordance with local health department recommendations.
• Instructing our team members to remain healthy by wearing gloves and masks, not touching their eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands, as well as asking them to report symptoms and stay home if they are not feeling well.
• Encouraging guests and all associates to wear face coverings or masks in the public areas of our hotels (varied by location).

Our mission statement is to “Delight Every Guest, Every Day, One at a Time” and by doing so, we hope you will be delighted and share your experience with others. It is our fundamental desire to delight you and provide a good experience for you, but we are constrained by things that we have no control over right now, such as supply chain and staffing issues. We will continue to provide amenities as we can based on their availability to us. Please be kind to those that serve you.

To stay compliant with guidelines set by local and national agencies, as well as provide amenities based on availability, you may see some changes to our amenities. These changes may include full or limited breakfast service (varied by location), full or limited pool and hot tub availability (varied by location), full or limited exercise facilities (varied by location), full or limited local and airport shuttle services (varied by location) and other changes to our common areas. In the interest of safety, housekeeping services will not be provided during your stay unless requested. We take great care in providing necessary services and amenities upon request.

For the safety of all guests and associates, we continue to encourage guests staying with us wear face coverings or masks while in the common areas of the hotel (varied by location). Masks or face coverings will be required of all guests being transported in our shuttle and in the breakfast area of the hotel (varied by location). If you need assistance acquiring a mask or have questions about this requirement, please contact the General Manager or speak with one of our Guest Service Agents at the time of your reservation.

We thank you for your understanding at this time. We continue to monitor information as it becomes available. We remain vigilant in providing safe accommodations for our valued guests and look forward to serving you.

All the best,

Dave DeYoung
